Default Opinion on current affairs

Hello members,
Your sugesstions are always helpful for me. Kindly do sugesst me about CA. There are so many writers to read in columns. All of them have their own opinions mostly one negating the other. So, i am in a fix to make my own opinions in CA topics.

You are right, and that is why the seniors always advise to read dawn. However, diverse reading does have its own benifits but given the short and precious time, one have to be to-the-point.

For CA, you need to do the followings.

1. Go thorough "DAWN" daily: Front and Back pages + international Page + editorials and Columns (for columns, you can see daily what is good. At this point in time, don't read the "visitor's diary" - sometimes given by the columnist to prove some point. Rather try to read to the point columns)

2. Strategic Studies Journal: Very good research reports, must go through

3. Contemporary Affairs by Imtiaz Shahid: Only select and read those report which you find important.
