Books i consulted.
1.Hitti for Paper 1 and 2 (Read it v selectively otherwise you will not memorize it)
2.Moors in Spain by Stanley Lane Pole,read only for spain part as it is the most important part in paper 2.That book is rare in market.you can downloaf from internet and one of the best books to quote as reference.

3.Faridi's Most important Question's book.That is a short but informative book
4.Sohail Bhatti for caliphs,pre islamic conditions and Some other few topics.


Draw maps if possible like i drew maps in question regarding conquest of Walid 1.Try to attempt paper different from others,make it simple and easy to be read by examiner if you want to snatch some extra marks.

Give proper headings in nearly all questions.

You can quote aayat, ahadees and well sayings.

one of the most important thing is to manage time and give equal time to all the questions

you should opt subjects according to your educational background, interest and scoring trend. scoring trend matters a lot in css.

I want to ask whether It will be beneficial to join an Academy for CSS Preparation or Is it a game of just self study and studying 10 to 12 Hours by yourself?And which Academy is good for English Essay And Composition Preparation?As I had already availed my 1st chance in CSS 2012 and flunked badly in these two papers.Overall my performance was good.My Optionals in CSS 2012 and in CSS 2014 will be Psychology,Muslim Law,Public Ad,Journalism and Sociology.I will be highly obliged by your valuable replies. hey guys, i have a query to ask , please answer me if u know this, i want to know that are the questions in the exam asked according to the syllabus in the books? if not entirely than how much %age of questions are asked in the exam which we can find in the books we generally use for the preperation ???
